We're growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager who's ready to build relationships, drive value, and grow with us across Saskatchewan.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of ContrastHR for prospective clients in Saskatoon and throughout Saskatchewan. You'll lead product demos, guide new customers through setup, and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage with small to mid-sized businesses across the province
• Conduct personalized product demos and presentations
• Communicate the value of ContrastHR in clear, business-focused terms
• Support client onboarding and early adoption
• Maintain client relationships for retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales targets with a mix of base and commission pay

What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
• Experience selling to or working with small and medium businesses
• Strong communication, solution-selling, and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of HR-or a willingness to learn quickly
• Based in Saskatoon and familiar with the local business landscape
• Enthusiasm for sales, organization, and follow-through
• Self-starter mindset with a drive to make an impact in a growing company
