Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Manager at Nova Staffing Inc. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building out our Direct Hire (headhunting) team of Talent Acquisition professionals.

Qualifications and description

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience - this will be a working Manager role, meaning you will have to do a 360 desk as well
• Headhunting and cold call selling is a must
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop a team of Direct Hire recruiters that includes headhunting. Headhunting includes calling people at their place of work similar to a cold calling salesperson. Headhunting is not simply sending a LinkedIn message
• Responsible for P&L within this division
• Work collaboratively with other divisions, companies, and stakeholders.
• Our roles include Skilled Trades, Accounting, Project Management, Engineering, and general office positions
