Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous optimization of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations, with a primary focus on Shopify and Amazon platforms.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic planning, technical proficiency, and performance marketing expertise to drive sustainable growth, enhance the customer experience, and maximize revenue across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Shopify (DTC Site)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront, including product setup, content updates, UX improvements, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to launch promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- With the support of our Digital Marketing Specialist, plan digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Optimize site speed, conversion rate, and mobile experience using tools like Hotjar, GA4, and A/B testing platforms.
- Manage third-party apps and integrations to enhance functionality (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, etc.).
Amazon (Marketplace)
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts: listings, pricing, advertising, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Optimize product listings with keyword-rich content, A+ Content, and SEO best practices.
- With the support of our agency, oversee Amazon ad campaigns (PPC) strategies to drive sales and improve ROAS.
- Monitor reviews, compliance, and competitive activity.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and sales performance across platforms.
- Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and other tools to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Create dashboards or reports to share progress with leadership.
Growth & Optimization
- Stay up to date on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Recommend and execute CRO, SEO, and UX enhancements.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through additional marketplaces or channels.
- Collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce, ideally in beauty and/or fashion.
- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Proficient in managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central).
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Excel/Sheets).
