Duties of the job:

  • Foster, build strong relationships and work with a roster of clients from varying industries/sectors in providing speakers for their conferences, meetings and events
  • Provide speaker recommendations and guidance to client base
  • Receive, evaluate and respond to new leads
  • Work closely and build relationships with our clients, speakers and team
  • Track, manage and update information, contacts and notes in CRM Skills an

Experience expected of a successful candidate:

  • Has proven customer service experience
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and is self-motivated
  • Takes direction well
  • Has the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Has strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow up
  • Is curious, passionate and enthusiastic
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is as asset
