Confindo Group, a European fintech holding company, is expanding its SaaS and consumer loan brokerage operations into Canada. We're seeking a visionary Country Manager based in Toronto to overlook our Canadian growth efforts and establish a strong market presence.

We partner with top-tier European commercial banks and financial institutions to simplify the loan application process for consumers. Our goal is to bring transparency, simplicity, and competitive financial solutions to the Canadian market.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure organizational efficiency and excellence.
• Establish and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, partners, and regulators.
• Oversee local compliance and uphold high ethical standards.
• Lead digital transformation, product innovation, and customer experience excellence.

• Proven leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or digital lending.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian financial ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
