Overview:

Seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead the strategic oversight of master data, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems, supports ERP deployment, and drives data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement master data strategy and governance frameworks
• Define data standards and ensure compliance
• Lead D365 master data management and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs and ERP readiness
• Enhance data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years in master data management; 2+ years with Microsoft Purview
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (D365 required)
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
