Job Title: Java Backend Developer with AWS

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer for a full-time, onsite positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java-based backend development and be well-versed with cloud services, microservices, and event streaming tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures
• Integrate backend applications with AWS services and Kafka for real-time data streaming
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in backend services

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Backend)
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
• Proficient in using AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Solid understanding and experience with Kafka for event streaming
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Nice to Have:

• Blu Age Certification:
• Level 3 preferred
• Level 2 or Level 1 also acceptable
• (Note: Certification is not mandatory but considered a plus)
