Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Admissions Advisor at Canadian Business College located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for tasks such as communication with prospective students, providing customer service, student recruiting, training, and sales. While the role is primarily office-based, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Student Recruiting and Training
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be able to work independently
  • Must be able to listen effectively and provide professional feedback and guidance
  • Strong critical thinking skills used in overcoming obstacles, conflict resolution and problem solving.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to meet and exceed set monthly/quarterly/annual organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
