- Coordinate scheduling for the Field Service Department
- Create and revise preliminary schedules for Service which details the sequence of all work to be performed prior to project start date.
- Maintain and revise summary and detailed schedules for installations and repair at customer's site
- Assist Service Manager in creating job schedules and monitor such schedules to determine impact on timelines.
- Ensure schedules correlate with client expectations and timelines.
- Maintain an active parts and equipment list
- Answer and respond to customers request via phone and/or email - parts, machine installations, tracking shipments
