In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, oversee product launches from concept to shelf, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. You'll collaborate with global partners, attend international trade shows, and shape the future of new product innovation.

What you'll Do:

• Setting clear priorities, delegating responsibilities, and enforcing timelines.
• Collaborating across departmental teams as the lead on product launches.
• Optimizing team efficiency through process improvements and automation.
• Managing multiple new product development projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10+ years in product development (consumer products or electronics)
• 5+ years leading diverse teams and managing multiple product launches
• Experience with OEM manufacturing, ERP systems, and e-commerce
• Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
• Open to international travel (2-4x/year)
