Job Title: Research & Development Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll set the strategic vision for product development, guide cross-functional teams, and drive market-aligned innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead new product development from concept to launch
• Align R&D strategy with business goals and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and global vendors
• Oversee product compliance, patents, and vendor negotiations
• Champion process automation and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 7-10+ years in R&D or product management
• Strong background in consumer electronics hardware
• Proven leadership and vendor management experience
• Willingness to travel globally (2-4x/year)
• PMP or Six Sigma is a bonus!
