The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience. The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: Responsible for helping to run the Reservations department. Coordinates the department and oversees individual training. Must be versed with the description of rooms, facilities and on-going offers Directs the department in selling rooms/apartments. Manages inventory to maximize transient sales. Assists guests on queries. Monitors hotel inventory and arranges with the front desk for all special guest requests.
