Title: DLP Cybersecurity Administrators
Duration :12 months / 35 h per week
The candidate must have the following qualifications :
- 5 years of measurable Cybersecurity experience with a specialisation in Date Lost Prevention (DLP)
- Experience with DLP program implementation and evolution
- Experience with Data classification and data management policies
- Expertise with network, email, and endpoint DLP
- Expertise in DLP policy life cycle.
- Strong background of architecting, engineering and automating security solutions for a global environment of focusing on DLP Solutions.
- Strong ability to design countermeasures to identify security risks.
- Strong knowledge of DLP, CASB, host FW, endpoint protection
- Strong technical acumen, communication, and influence skills to demonstrate effectiveness of different endpoint security initiatives
- Strong background in data security and well informed on key data security controls

- DLP - Microsoft Purview
- Bilingual English & French
Nice to Have :
While knowledge of Microsoft DLP Purview is a plus significant experience in other DLP tool stacks will be a great asset
Job description:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in Data Loss Prevention who will report to the Director of Info Sec - Insider threat, and who'll be tasked with developing and evolving the DLP capability. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's security and data protection.
- Configuration and Management: Configures DLP policies, rules, and exceptions based on data classification guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring controls for data in motion, in use, and at rest.
- Integration: Develop and Integrates the DLP solution with existing security systems (firewalls, secure web gateways, etc.) for comprehensive monitoring and detection
- Monitoring and Auditing: Monitors DLP dashboards, alerts, and reports to identify potential data leakage incidents and policy violations, conducting regular audits to validate policy effectiveness
- Incident Response: Collaborates with other stakeholders (legal, HR, etc.) on incident response and policy enforcement
- Policy Refinement: Monitors incidents, creates guidelines for policy adjustments, and refines the policy over time to ensure continuous improvement
- Policy Maintenance: Collaborates with the Governance and Risk team to develop and refine DLP policies and procedures
- Metrics: Develops support procedures and performance metrics reports
- Raise awareness: Communicate security risks with business partners and tech teams to ensure systems are configured to leverage the DLP solution to protect confidential data
- Collaborate: Work with dev-ops/system/network/security administrators, and others to ensure secure design, development, and implementation of solutions for the DLP applications
