Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and update software in the cloud.
• Diagnose and resolve simple and complex technical problems.
• Provide technical support to system users.
• Analyze incidents and provide input for continuous system and process improvement.
• Train system users.

Qualifications

• IMPORTANT: You are fluent in French and English
• You have a client-oriented mindset
• You have a technical college or higher level diploma (or equivalent experience)
• You have enthusiasm for and a genuine interest in high technology
• You can work alone or in a team
• You are autonomous, and self-organizing to get things done with minimal supervision
