We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Digital Transformation Specialist to help us deliver Digitization-as-a-Service (DaaS), a key program that transforms paper-based records into secure, accessible digital assets. Your work will directly support Peel Region's sustainability, efficiency, and digital-first initiatives. Digital Records and Document Management Lead will work as the Digital Transformation Specialist for the Region of Peel.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement intake, tracking, reporting, and quality control processes
- Lead and coordinate small to large-volume digitization projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Leverage M365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) for automation
- Drive change management to embed digital-first practices across departments
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in document digitization or information management
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with M365 tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint
- Mandatory certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
- PROSCI Change Management
