New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Access and Provisioning team as a member who can review accounts for end users to ensure quality and accuracy, and who can also understand requirements for end users not only to do their job but also the technical requirement of setting up that account.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues to other Cerner teams to understand where there may be trends when there are errors.
• Analyze large sets of data to be translated into personalized configuration of the information into individual Cerner access accounts.
• Document the requirements for fixes to accounts to make sure there are no further repeats.
• Work within the team to ensure the most efficient means of processing mass data inputs while keeping personal information safe.
• Work with the implementation sites to ensure their data is accurate.

Requirements:

• 10+ years progressive business analytics experience.
• Proven delivery track record in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Experience with user provisioning on large IT projects.
• Experience defining user provisioning related workflows to support project and sustainment.
• Superior analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Highly developed business writing and verbal communication skills with ability to document work appropriately.
• Ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes.
• Superior knowledge and awareness of Business Process Improvement methods, such as lean and Six Sigma, as well as more modern, agile methods.
• Experience performing options analysis with the ability to clearly communicate pros and cons of each.
• Knowledge of information technology application and outcomes achieved through new platforms.
