• Event Broker - Queues Solace, Kafka - Must have , preferably Solace
• Event Driven Architecture - Must have worked on Designing Applications using EDA
• CI / CD - Must have, preferrable Azure DevOps
• Pub Sub messaging pattern - Must have
• Choreography pattern - Good to have
• Containers - Preferably OCP, Alternatively (Kubernetes , Docker)
• Monitoring - Preferably Grafana, Splunk, alternatively (Prometheus, AWS Cloud watch)
• Rest /Rrpc - Must have
• No SQL - Mongo DB, SQL MI
