Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team remotely from Canada. This role involves building and deploying AI-powered agents that handle large-scale customer interactions in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and ship enterprise-level AI agents used in customer experience (CX) workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable software.
• Write clean, production-grade code using React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Implement LLM-powered conversational agents and APIs.
• Handle end-to-end software development including setup, version control, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in AI.
• Strong programming experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Hands-on experience building full-stack applications and integrating APIs.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Git, terminal workflows, and deployment best practices.
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals and component lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and own full development lifecycles.
