About the Role:
Our client is seeking a hands-on, client-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead their project services team. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive client onboarding, manage key projects, and lead a small, dynamic team. What Makes This Role Different:
This isn't a corporate PMO role. You'll own the full lifecycle of service delivery-from scoping and planning to execution and client communications. There's no project coordinator buffering the work. You'll be the face of onboarding and project delivery.
Who We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or onboarding
- Proven experience managing client relationships and expectations
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on
- Experience leading and coaching small teams (3-5 people)
- Passionate about using technology to improve service
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead new client onboarding projects, including roadmap development
- Manage internal resources and remove team blockers
- Provide proactive communication and updates to clients
- Coach and support team members through challenges
- Troubleshoot client issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Track project milestones and adjust plans as needed
- Share weekly insights and wins with senior leadership
Ideal Background:
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT services firm, or internal IT team preferred
- Familiarity with IT systems and terminology (you don't need to be deeply technical-just tech-aware)
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled tools and how they improve service delivery (a bonus, not required)
