Position Title: Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with trading, sales, operations, and compliance teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that address stakeholder needs.
• Review existing applications for optimization and continued business relevance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or inefficiencies in current and in-development code.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with C#.NET and SQL.
• Strong ability to read and modify SSIS packages.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and modifying SSRS reports.
• Skilled in writing complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.
• Effective communication skills across various levels of stakeholder seniority.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
