We're seeking a skilled Communications Consultant for a hybrid contract role in Toronto. This position is within the human resources sector and involves high-visibility work with E- and C-suite stakeholders. You'll be the go-to person for crafting internal communications and updates, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth communication flow at the executive level.

Contract Length: ASAP till December 2025, extendable.

Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Role Summary:

In this dynamic and visible role, you'll work closely with HR leaders to develop and deliver executive-level communications, including weekly update emails with a conversational tone. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, thrives in matrixed organizations, and is confident engaging with senior leaders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications
• Proven experience with executive and C-suite stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading corporate engagement initiatives

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in matrix organizations
• Background in HR-related communications
