Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth across key territories. This is a high-impact role that involves building relationships, closing deals, and working with a proven portfolio of health and wellness products.

You'll have access to warm leads, an uncapped commission structure, and the autonomy to take ownership of your sales goals-while being supported by a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of warm leads and pursue new business development
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacy managers, healthcare professionals, and retail buyers
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations virtually and in person
  • Track activity and performance through Salesforce CRM
  • Provide feedback from the field to support marketing and product strategies
  • Attend trade shows and pharmacy events as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and close deals
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally across Canada
