We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales in the Greater Toronto Area - our most opportunity-rich territory. This is your chance to become the salesperson at GEMSYS.
What You'll Do:
Grow and manage a defined sales territory across the GTA
Meet with existing clients to assess needs and present solutions
Hunt for new business and build lasting client relationships
Plan and execute your sales strategy to consistently exceed monthly targets
Collaborate with leadership to develop and close national account opportunities
What You Bring:
Business Degree or Diploma
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas
Hunter mentality and a passion for closing new deals
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Valid G-class driver's license & ability to transport demo equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Sales experience in QSR or retail environments is an asset
