PML is looking for a Business Development Rep to expand our dealer referral pipeline. If you have a knack for building lasting business relationships, we want you on our team.

Expand Dealer Referral Network:

Travel across Canada to engage with qualified car dealerships. Convince them to refer their lease needs to PML, highlighting our superior service and competitive advantages over other leasing providers.

Build and nurture relationships with dealers to ensure they see PML as the go-to for leasing solutions.

Lease Management:

Handle customer lease renewals and terminations, ensuring a seamless experience.

Work with our credit manager to obtain file approval and transition to the lease coordinator for completion.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide timely lease quotes to both dealerships and business prospects, maintaining our commitment to swift, friendly service.

Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and French.
• Relationship Building: Ability to get along with "car guys" and entrepreneurs, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within Canada.
• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in convincing stakeholders that PML is their best option for leasing.
• Complex Transaction Management: Tactfully navigate and close complex leasing deals.

Work Environment:

You'll work both on the road and from our showroom, engaging directly with clients and dealer-partners.

PML enjoys a collaborative, teamwork-based approach, where an optimistic focus on growth is essential.

Compensation:

A six-figure salary is expected and structured largely on performance, based on the volume of loans generated each month.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the Vice President, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
