Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Grande Prairie, AB. In this role you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales over the phone, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Pay rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour (based on experience)
• Location: Grande Prairie, AB
• Shifts: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday- Friday
• Job type: Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Support account executives
• Daily tasks include managing insertion order, layouts, proofs, copy changes
• Process new sales leads
• Manage correspondence between team and clients
• Interacting with clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating reports and interpreting data
• May assist with over-the-counter sales

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Must have warehouse experience
• Proven experience in inside sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
