Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
• RIBO licensed required. - THIS IS A MUST
• Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.

Overview:

• Provide customer service and handle inquiries for personal lines accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Issue and renew insurance documents, prepare renewal binders and presentations, and support junior team members with guidance as needed.
• Monitor and report on client claims, addressing telephone inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with the team on remarketing needs, initiating discussions 60-90 days prior to account expiration
