  • Coordinating with insurance adjusters, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal crews
  • Creating and managing scopes of work, documentation, and job files
  • Leading and motivating crews to stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
  • Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and building standards
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism

  • Strong working knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection, and related platforms
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A calm, customer-first attitude during high-stress situations

Why Join This Team?

  • Join a highly respected restoration company with a strong national footprint
  • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative, and supportive Calgary team
  • Grow into larger leadership roles as the branch and company expand
  • Make a real impact helping families and property owners recover after disaster
