We're Looking for a Child Sleep Coach
If you're passionate about helping infants, toddlers, and young children build healthy sleep habits-and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact-we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual one-on-one sleep assessments for children (newborn-5 years)
- Develop and deliver personalized sleep plans, including bedtime routines, nap schedules, and gentle sleep-training methods
- Educate parents on sleep science, circadian rhythms, and environmental factors that support healthy rest
- Troubleshoot common challenges (night wakings, early rising, nap resistance, sleep regressions)
- Provide follow-up support, adjusting strategies based on data and family feedback
- Document session notes, milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Hold certifications such as CLC (Certified Sleep Coach), or equivalent pediatric sleep credentials
- Have hands-on experience guiding families through sleep transitions
- Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and warm in your coaching approach
- Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
- Want to focus on coaching-without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
