Web3 Product Manager
About Us
We're building the future of decentralized infrastructure on Solana. Our mission is to empower developers and protocols with powerful tools, analytics, and infrastructure that scale with Web3's rapid evolution. Whether it's powering DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, or next-gen consumer dApps, we help builders move fast and ship confidently.
Backed by leading investors and embedded in the Solana ecosystem, we're a remote-first team of blockchain natives and product obsessives.
The Role
We're looking for a Web3 Product Manager who lives and breathes crypto. You'll play a critical role in shaping the roadmap, owning feature development from ideation through launch, and translating community and customer feedback into real impact. This is not your typical PM role - you'll work at the intersection of protocol innovation, technical development, and user experience in a fast-moving ecosystem.
You'll interface directly with users (developers, founders, power users), collaborate closely with engineers, and contribute to building products that move the entire Solana space forward.
What You'll Do
- Own and define product features from discovery to release for developer tools, APIs, dashboards, or infrastructure services.
- Gather feedback from protocol teams, partners, and community channels (Discord, Twitter, hackathons).
- Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and alignment with our long-term vision.
- Write clear, detailed specs and work closely with engineering to bring them to life.
- Collaborate with design and DevRel to ensure intuitive UX and great documentation.
- Track performance, usage, and product health using data to inform future iterations.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ in Web3 or adjacent technical environments.
- Understand the unique needs of crypto users and developers.
- Are comfortable working with technical teams on APIs, infrastructure, or backend-heavy features.
- Have strong communication skills and can translate abstract ideas into structured product direction.
- Are excited by the Solana ecosystem and can speak to recent trends, dApps, and protocols.
- Thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a developer, or ability to read and discuss basic smart contracts (Rust, Solidity).
- Familiarity with Solana's architecture, RPCs, validator infrastructure, or tooling landscape.
- Previous experience launching developer-facing SaaS or protocol-level features.
