You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers to craft high-performing content across the entire acquisition journey - from landing pages to onboarding screens.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Design, Marketing) to align content with user needs and business goals.
• Use data, user research, and testing to continuously optimize microcopy and messaging across the acquisition funnel.
• Develop content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and user journey narratives.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.
• Partner with UX and marketing to create a seamless, consistent user experience across channels.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and solve them through thoughtful, user-centered writing.
What You'll Bring
• 4-6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or similar role within digital products.
• Proven experience working on online acquisition or growth flows (e.g., sign-up, lead capture, onboarding).
• Strong portfolio showcasing product copy, user flows, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to use content to influence user behavior and increase conversion.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and digital marketing.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Contentful, UXPin, A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely), and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience working on B2C or B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with localization and content scalability.
• Background in psychology, marketing, journalism, or human-computer interaction.
