The ideal candidate will utilize strong analytical skills and Excel expertise to manage demand forecasting, optimize inventory levels, and streamline the replenishment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast product demand and collaborate with category managers to adjust forecasts based on promotions and seasonal changes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, create replenishment orders, and address overstock or low-stock situations to ensure product availability.
- Replenishment Optimization: Develop tailored replenishment strategies using sales data and customer insights to enhance inventory management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions to analyze sales and inventory data, generating reports on performance and stock levels.
- Collaboration: Work with suppliers, logistics teams, and store managers to streamline the replenishment process and proactively communicate supply chain issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
