attend 5-6 board meetings per year and participate in 2-3 donor engagement sessions
per month, all held in London, Ontario. The majority of your efforts will focus on generating
fundraising revenue through events, partnerships, and relationship-building. Hours may vary

summer and holidays.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead fundraising initiatives: Plan and execute donor strategies, events, and

Write and submit grant applications and seek new funding opportunities.
Build and maintain donor relationships, including 1:1 meetings and stewardship
communications.
Support board initiatives: Attend 5-6 board meetings per year and work closely
with our Communications & Fundraising Committee.
Oversee donor database (CanadaHelps system) and report on donor trends and
engagement.
Collaborate on communications: Support social media and community awareness
campaigns.

A confident, self-directed fundraising professional-comfortable wearing many hats.
Experienced in donor relations, special event coordination, and securing grants.
Comfortable working with boards and reporting on key fundraising activities.
Tech-savvy and social-media aware, with the ability to tell a compelling story.
Bonus: Experience with donor management platforms (such as CanadaHelps) or
Spanish language skills.
