The Opportunity:

We are looking for a confident, experienced, and passionate Mid-Senior Medical Aesthetician to join our Toronto team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical aesthetics, excels at building lasting client relationships, and has the knowledge and confidence to develop customized treatment plans using layered technologies and modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-performance, medical-grade facial and body treatments using a variety of technologies (e.g., radiofrequency, microneedling, IPL, etc.)
• Assess client needs and concerns to build customized treatment plans that deliver visible results
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and a personalized experience
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and techniques to bring forward new ideas and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment space following all health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the Gee Beauty team to ensure a seamless and elevated client journey
• Support and participate in in-studio events, educational sessions, and product knowledge training

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Licensed Medical Aesthetician (recognized certification or diploma)
• Confident in using layered technology and multiple modalities to achieve results
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Passion for skin health, beauty, education, and delivering excellent service
• Must be available to work 1 or both days on the weekend
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
