Role: IT Product Owner

Company: Top 5 Banking Client

Type: 6 Month Contract (Possible Extension/Permanent Conversion)

Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto

What You'll Do

• Partner with architects on technical solutions and enablements

• Define product requirements, security policies & priorities

• Lead product development lifecycle

• Align with cloud security, tech, architecture, and advisory teams

• Drive CNAPP PoC, vendor selection & business case

• Build intake model for Cloud Security initiatives

• Maintain and prioritize backlog & enhancements

• Own and drive product strategy & MVP success

• Run stakeholder forums & cross-functional collaboration

• Report on status, metrics, next steps, and risks

• Execute tuning strategy for new product enablement

What You Bring

• 10+ yrs in cybersecurity

• 4+ yrs as CNAPP/CIEM Product Manager or Delivery Lead

• 4+ yrs with Azure and/or GCP

• 4+ yrs documenting processes, requirements, and product info

Bonus Skills

• APIs, microservices, cloud automation

• 5+ yrs in finance or startups

• GIAM, scripting, MS Entra, Wiz, SCCE

Soft Skills

• Confident presenter & communicator

• Strong relationship builder with stakeholders & vendors

• Comfortable speaking to senior leadership

Education & Certs

• Bachelor's in technical field

• CCSP, CISSP, or CISM (asset)
