Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury goods, a deep appreciation for excellence in service, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and procedures
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist with repairs and orders for items being sold and distrubuted within the store
  • Professional demeanor
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Minuium of 3 to 5 Years of Customer Care/Service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
