At Creative GOAT, we provide end-to-end IT solutions-from networking and security to hardware deployment and IT consulting. We're looking for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to support diverse business technology needs.

Responsibilities

1) Network Infrastructure:

• Design, deploy, and maintain networking systems using Ubiquiti hardware.
• Troubleshoot and optimize LAN/WAN setups, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Handle structured cabling and physical network setup from scratch.

2)System Administration & Virtualization:

• Manage and maintain VMs (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) and NAS systems.
• Configure and support Windows, Linux, and other OS environments.
• Set up and monitor server health, performance, and uptime.

3)Security & Monitoring:

• Implement basic cybersecurity measures and monitoring tools.
• Manage access controls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
• Kaseya RMM experience is a strong plus.

4)IT Support & Hardware:

• Provide Level 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Configure and deploy hardware for new office setups.
• Assist in resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.

5)Client-Facing & Consulting:

• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to IT consulting, web service planning, and business security recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Ubiquiti devices, NAS, virtualization platforms, and OS management.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools like Kaseya.
• Experience with structured cabling and setting up new environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
