Assist in assembling, erect and dismantling scaffolds, ramps, and barricades required at construction site. Mix, pour, and spread materials. Remove rubble and other debris at the construction site and prepare it for next-level work. Help equipment operators, and other skilled laborers when necessary. Remove hazardous materials. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management. Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
