Position Summary As experienced Data and Analytics Analyst, you will be a key member of our Data and AI practice, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive client success and inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex data sets from multiple sources to support client engagements and internal projects.

Data Pipeline & Database Management: Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and databases to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable data flows.

Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize data, track KPIs, and communicate findings.

Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

Business Improvement: Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business process enhancement.

Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards throughout all analytics processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights that drive decision-making. Present findings in professional reports and presentations, including recommendations based on data trends.

Stakeholder Management : Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout projects.

Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams, leveraging the strengths of team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing

Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior analysts and team members as needed, sharing best practices and industry standards to support their growth.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in data and analytics roles.

Prior experience working in consulting or high-growth environments is an asset.

Security Clearance: Eligible to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance a must.

Skills:

Demonstrated strength in analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.

Proficient in leveraging modern data analysis and processing tools, for example MS Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Palantir, Power BI, Tableau and using other scripting languages (SQL, Python etc.).

Experience in connecting data pipelines to typical ERP, HRIS or CRM's an asset (eg. SAP, Success factors, Salesforce, MS Dynamics)

Skilled at managing relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of conveying technical information to diverse audiences Additional Information

This is a full-time (or full-time contract) position based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel to client sites may be required. Expectation is Office or Client presence 2-3 times per week.
