We are seeking a passionate and engaging Senior Sales Executive, DMR to join our growing team. This role's focus is on driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to meet business targets.

Location: On-site 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON

Type: Full-Time Salary + Benefits + Paid Time Off

Reports to: Senior National Sales Manager, VAR/DMR

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in technology manufacturer/IT B2B business
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey TP-Link's products' information
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with sales' team members
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Ability to proactively cold call into net new accounts to drive new business
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical background in Networking is an asset
  • Eligibility to work in Canada

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets
  • Actively seek new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Make sales calls to existing customers to promote products and services
  • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existent clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Draft and present sales proposals and quotes to clients
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Attend and represent TP-Link at local and national exhibitions
  • Plan and execute marketing programs
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
  • Work collaboratively with sales engineers to provide outstanding customer support services to customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
  • Continuously update and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales growth
  • Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required
