Located in Mississauga, Ontario, near the Toronto International Airport, it allows for fast shipping and delivery and provides easy access to their walk-in customers.
About the Role
The Sales Representative is accountable for managing & growing the existing client/distributor base and prospecting new business by identifying and developing new relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond and fulfill quote & order requests from existing buying customers
- Follow up, support & generate new business with existing customers
- Re-vitalize past/inactive customers
- Proactively generate new customers
- Be the key point of contact for assigned customers
- Support customers technically
- Utilize CRM to manage relationships, activities & opportunities
- Commit to and focus on achieving KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High capacity to learn industry, product, sales & processes
- Trusting & professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Enjoyment from generating & servicing customers
- No fear of "hunting" for new business
- Self-motivated; aggressive
- Good to excellent computer skills
