Sales Account Executive

We're looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Account Executive to join our team-someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, client success, and onboarding. You'll be a key part of our growth engine, playing both "hunter" and "farmer" as you bring in new business while ensuring existing clients are supported and growing.

Location: Head Office - Coquitlam, BC Canada

Department: Services Group (Law, Advisory, Media)

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000/year + Commission (Performance-Based)

Experience Required: 3+ Years in Services Sales

What You'll Do

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, engage, and close new client opportunities across our law, advisory, and media verticals
  • Drive bookings and revenue against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects through outreach and networking
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and marketing to refine value propositions and tailor pitches
  • Identify and implement innovation opportunities for new ways of practice

Client Onboarding & Success

  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery
  • Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and retention
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to improve service offerings and delivery

Account Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for key accounts
  • Regularly report on account health, revenue forecasts, and satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and a high standard of service excellence

Leadership Development

  • Act as a bridge between senior executive and front-line operations to ensure that operations and strategy are aligned
  • Contribute to conversations on quality and commitment to organizational KPI

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in services sales (legal, consulting, media, or professional services preferred)
  • Demonstrated success hitting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Experience in managing the full client lifecycle-from lead generation through onboarding to long-term relationship management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responsiveness
