THE POSITION

• Overseeing the residential restoration department
• Comfortable working in a corporate structured environment
• Monitor reports and maintain compliance
• Manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day
• Drive profitability while leading and inspiring a team
• Focus on retention and attracting top talent
• Salary range $110,000-$130,000 + bonus and generous benefits

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry (i.e.: insurance)
• Skilled at people management and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
• Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office, and Xactimate
• IICRC certifications are an asset
