Our Vaughan client is in need of an Oracle EPM Specialist for a permanent position. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud modules, particularly FreeForm, FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close), and EPBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud). You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise performance management solutions to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance for our clients or internal finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead or support the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on FreeForm models, FCC, and EPBCS.
• Configure metadata, data integration workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports within EPM Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents and system configurations.

Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC)

• Design and maintain consolidation hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation rules.
• Automate financial close processes and ensure alignment with accounting policies and compliance requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS)

• Design and manage planning models, including revenue forecasting, workforce planning, capex planning, and scenario modeling.
• Build data entry forms, calculation scripts, and allocations to support budgeting processes.

FreeForm Applications

• Develop and manage flexible multidimensional models to support unique business planning and analysis use cases.

Integration & Support

• Integrate EPM with source systems (ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouses) using Data Management, EPM Automate, or REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support end-user training, and manage ongoing enhancements or upgrades.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically: FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close),EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and FreeForm Applications

• Experience in full-cycle implementations or major upgrades.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, Groovy scripting, and EPM Automate.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statement structures, and FP&A processes.
• SQL, Excel, and data transformation skills are a plus.
