New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Program Executive Director to provide leadership and direct the IT Program in support of a clinical and technology vision outlined in an approved Business Case. This role will be responsible for the oversight of the successful implementation of IT solutions, design compliance, program management, financial budgeting and reporting, and governance and executive stakeholder management. The IT Program Executive Director will lead all projects to successful opening of a new facility and project close out with handover to operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of the Technology Program as defined in the approved Business Case
• Oversee the IT integrated project schedule to opening and project close out
• Governance and formal status reporting at various levels
• Formal executive stakeholder point of contact and IT program representative at leadership forums, public events, Foundation events and other forums as identified
• Budget management (capital and operating)
• Formal risk, issue management and escalation
• Resource and contract management (employees, contractors, vendors, etc.)
• Stakeholder management including clinical, technical, and executive leadership
• Ensure continuous alignment of technology projects across health authorities
• Consultation and liaison with Project Co. and other vendors
• Design compliance and oversight of IT scope delivered by Project Co.
• Upon successful delivery of IT projects at facility opening, oversee the transition and handover to operations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Demonstrated experience with hospital redevelopment/facility related projects in IMIT leadership capacity for the health authority
• Demonstrated experience with hospital redevelopment/facility technology projects from construction phase through to opening for the health authority
• Demonstrated experience working with a Project Co. on a redevelopment project for the health authority
• Demonstrated experience working with clinical stakeholders and executive leadership
