Role: Deployment Specialist

Location: Hybrid - Montreal (3 days on site)

Overview:

Our client is undergoing a major core banking transformation and is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support the execution of this large-scale initiative. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing complex technology deployments, particularly within the banking sector, and will have played a key role in critical cutovers and data migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a comprehensive and consolidated runbook encompassing thousands of activities
• Sequence deployment tasks with clear dependencies and timelines
• Oversee and coordinate cutover events
• Facilitate issue resolution during deployment phases
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting large-scale system deployments (preferably in banking)
• Familiarity with core banking platforms
• Experience with large-scale data migration initiatives
