We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banking Digital Enrolment Agent with professional proficiency in French and English to support the digital onboarding and enrolment process for banking customers. The ideal candidate will also provide web-based support for digital banking applications, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in completing digital enrolment for banking services and online platforms.
  • Provide bilingual (French and English) support via chat, email, or phone to address client queries and technical issues.
  • Guide users through web-based banking applications, helping them navigate features, troubleshoot issues, and complete transactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT and operations to resolve technical issues and improve digital processes.
  • Track and report customer issues using ticketing systems or CRM tools.
  • Maintain compliance with banking policies, data protection standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or digital support roles.
  • Familiarity with online banking platforms, enrolment systems, and web-based tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, web browsers, and standard office software.
