Our client in Toronto,is seeking a Business Analyst - Lending with experience in both retail and commercial lending operations to support a major banking integration project. This HYBRID contract will focus heavily on collateral management and will act as the primary liaison between business, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to assess collateral data across two institutions
• Map, reconcile, and streamline collateral processes
• Support data migration, validation, and system integration efforts
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and credit risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Draft detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user stories
• Provide support during UAT phases

Qualifications:

• Strong background in retail and commercial lending operations
• Expertise in collateral management, valuation, and system integration
• Experience with system integration projects, data mapping, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Detail-oriented and organized project contributor

Nice to Have:

• Experience with loan origination systems
• Experience working on banking mergers or transformation projects
• Bilingual in English and French
