About this Job:

As an EW SME in this role, you will provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the business. This includes focusing on EW operational support, modelling and simulation, EW software tools, counter UAS planning and analysis, EW mission planning and analysis, and the broader spectrum of EW technologies, concepts, and doctrine.

What we are looking for:

• Defense systems expertise for air, land, or naval platforms, with a preference for air platforms.
• Proficiency in EW range operations, mission planning, and command and control (C2).
• Ability to design EW countermeasures, analyze weapon systems, and assess threat vulnerabilities.
• Experience in countering unmanned air systems.
• Knowledge of threat systems faced by the Canadian Military, NATO, and NATO-affiliated nations.
• Awareness of open-source EW material.
• Strong military knowledge.
• Diverse service experience in various military subjects.
• Experienced in delivering EW training with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of developing and tailoring training courses, including creating all necessary training documentation.
• High competence in using Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training delivery at customer sites.
