Overview
We are in search for a project coordinator for a growing successful fabrication company servicing the construction industry. The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, deliveries, production timelines
- Prepare and distribute RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to relay project updates
- Track material orders and ensure on time purchasing in line with project needs
- Maintain project records and documentation for compliance
- Support field crews with drawings, schedules, and logistics
- Assist Project Managers in preparing budgets, reports, and close-out documentation
- Attend meetings as required, site and in office

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction
- Formal education in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and fabrication documents
- Preference to knowledge/experience with structural steel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with project management or fabrication software
- Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada on a permanent basis
- Fluent in verbal and written English
