Job Description:

• 8+ years in digital strategy, product leadership, or experience strategy within a consultancy or agency environment
• Track record leading complex, multi-stream programs across product, service, or experience design
• Experience partnering directly with senior clients and executives to shape digital vision and define product strategies
• Strong ability to translate business goals and user insights into actionable roadmaps, MVP definitions, and prioritization frameworks
• Fluency in agile and lean delivery principles, with experience guiding teams through ambiguity
• Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and guiding strategists or cross-disciplinary team members
• A commercial mindset - able to contribute to account growth, proposal development, and strategic positioning
• Bonus: Exposure to large-scale transformation programs, innovation initiatives, or platform strategy work
